Driven by a vision to introduce London to truly authentic artisan baking, Anya established Flourish & Crumb, seamlessly blending old-world techniques with the contemporary sophistication of the city. Head Baker & Founder
With a background steeped in traditional Viennese and Parisian boulangeries, Anya's expertise lies in sourdough techniques and ancient grain recipes. Her vision guides our artisan bread program, creating loaves with unparalleled crust and crumb.
Anya completed extensive apprenticeships at 'Boutique de Pain' in Paris and 'Bäckerei Schmidt' in Vienna, mastering the nuances of long fermentation and traditional wood-fired ovens before returning to London to establish Flourish & Crumb.

Liam O'Connell
Lead Cake Designer
Liam transforms sweet dreams into edible masterpieces. A graduate of London College of Fashion with a passion for patisserie, his bespoke cakes are renowned for their intricate artistry and flawless execution, marrying visual appeal with exquisite taste.
Liam's background in fine arts gives him a unique perspective on cake design, treating each creation as a sculptural work. He specializes in hand-painted details and sugar flower artistry.
