These terms and conditions, alongside our Privacy Policy, establish the legal framework governing your interaction with our artisan bakery, whether you are browsing our website, placing an order, attending a class, or engaging with our catering services. By accessing or using any part of Flourish & Crumb's services, you signify your unreserved agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms. Ordering & Payment Policies
At Flourish & Crumb, we strive to make your ordering experience as delightful as our bakes. Our online bakery terms for purchase ensure clarity from selection to delivery or pickup. All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and confirmation. A confirmation email with your order details and a unique order number will be sent to you upon successful payment. Please review this carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
Payment Terms
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as secure online payment methods. Full payment is required at the time of order placement. Your payment information is processed securely; we do not store credit card details on our servers.
Pickup and Delivery
For pickup orders, please ensure you collect your items during our specified operating hours at 315 Piccadilly Circus, Suite 6A, London W1J 9HP. For delivery, we offer services within designated London postcodes. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Specific timing will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
Modifications and Cancellations
Modifications to orders (e.g., changes to product, quantity, or pickup/delivery time) must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery. Cancellation requests must also be made 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a charge up to the full order value, depending on the product and preparation stage. Custom cake and catering orders have specific cancellation policies detailed within their respective service agreements.
These purchase policy guidelines are in place to allow us to maintain the high quality and freshness of our products.
Catering, Classes & Special Services
Flourish & Crumb is delighted to extend its culinary expertise beyond our daily counter. Our bakery service terms for catering, baking classes, and bespoke cake designs are tailored to provide exquisite experiences while ensuring clarity and mutual understanding.
Event Catering Terms
Catering bookings require an initial consultation and a formal proposal. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event date. Menus are finalized 14 days before the event. Any cancellations within 7 days of the event will forfeit the full payment. Our team will manage delivery and setup as agreed in the catering contract.
Baking Class Policies
Enrollment in a Flourish & Crumb baking class is confirmed upon full payment. Class fees are non-refundable but are transferable to another individual for the same class date or to a different class within 6 months, provided notice is given at least 7 days before the original class date. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. All necessary ingredients, equipment, and recipes will be provided. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, insufficient enrollment), in which case participants will be offered a full refund or transfer.
Custom & Bespoke Orders
Bespoke cake designs and custom requests for specific pastries involve a consultation process to detail design, flavors, and allergens. A 75% non-refundable deposit is required to begin design and ingredient procurement, with the final 25% due upon collection or before delivery. Changes to custom orders must be requested at least 10 days in advance and may incur additional charges. We recommend booking custom orders well in advance, especially for peak seasons.

Liability & Dispute Resolution
At Flourish & Crumb, we are committed to providing exceptional products and services. This section outlines our liability terms and procedures for resolving any concerns, ensuring a fair and transparent process for both parties.
Limitation of Liability
Flourish & Crumb takes every reasonable step to ensure the quality and safety of our products. However, our liability for any defect in goods or services provided is limited to the purchase price of the specific item or service. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services. Customers with allergies are responsible for notifying us of serious allergies during the ordering process; while we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment due to the nature of a shared kitchen.
Dispute Resolution
Should any dispute or concern arise, we encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance. Our customer service team is dedicated to resolving issues promptly and amicably. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, ensuring clarity in legal policies and procedures.
Force Majeure
Flourish & Crumb shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, epidemics, or strikes. In such an event, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and resume performance as soon as practicable. Your understanding in such rare instances is greatly appreciated.
